         Dave Gruber has over 20 years experience in financial, accounting and consulting roles. Dave serves on the Board of Directors and is a member of the Audit Committee  of a $13 billion investment fund.

 

         Dave has spent the past five years in various consulting roles focusing substantially on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and other internal audit functions. His experience includes both large public companies and privately held companies.  Prior to becoming an independent corporate finance and accounting consultant, Dave served in a variety of accounting roles for various entities including Controller and Chief Financial Officer. His career started with PricewaterhouseCoopers (Coopers & Lybrand). 

 

        Dave is a graduate of Miami University and is a CPA (inactive) in the State of Ohio.
